Break Free From Pain GIVEAWAY RULES

The following rules (the “Rules”) govern the giveaway run by Sacred Essentials (“Company”) in conjunction with Break Free From Pain Giveaway sometimes referred to in these Rules as the “Giveaway”).

1. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway, you must:

• Complete the submission form here
• Be a U.S Resident
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Enter by March 31st

(Each, an “Entry”). Your Entry must be made no later than 03-31-2023/11:59 CT. Multiple Entries to the Giveaway are not accepted unless otherwise specifically stated in these Rules. Failure to adhere to the Rules will make your Entry ineligible for entry into the Giveaway.

2. ELIGIBILITY: You must be, at the time of submitting your Entry: a) a resident of the United States, or the District of Columbia; and b) 18 years of age or older. Family members or employees of Sacred Essentials, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement, or promotion of the Giveaway and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address are not eligible. Proof of eligibility may be required (and will be kept confidential).

3. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize (the “Prize”) will be awarded in the Giveaway, consisting of a 12-Month Supply of Sacred Essentials Paim Balm. One (1) second-place prize consisting of a 6-Month Supply of Sacred Essentials Paim Balm. One (1) third-place prize consisting of a 3-Month Supply of Sacred Essentials Paim Balm. Additionally, all participants will receive an exclusive discount code toward an online Sacred Essentials purchase.

4. WINNER SELECTION: On or around 04-05-2023, Company will announce the Prize winner (the “Winner”), who will be chosen at random. Winner will be notified on or around 04-05-2023, via email which will be sent to the email which they entered with. Company will make two (2) attempts to contact Winner, and Winner must respond within seven (7) days of the second attempt, or else Winner will forfeit the Prize. Company will then choose a replacement Winner at random and the same process for contacting the Winner will apply.

5. MORE LEGAL STUFF: Submission of an Entry constitutes your agreement to release, indemnify and hold harmless Company, from and against any claim or liability arising from the Prize, the Giveaway, or its operation. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes derived from and/or through the Giveaway on his or her winnings, if applicable.
