Return Policy

At the time of checkout, you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in the terms is your clear understanding that the products purchased contain CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.

All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product in an email to customerservice@getsacred.com . You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

30 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

All Sacred products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply contact us at customerservice@getsacred.com to receive a return authorization code and return shipping address. Then return the unused portion of the product to us in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping expenses.

If we receive a returned product within 30 days from when we issued a return authorization code, we will issue a full refund of your original purchase price to your original means of payment. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand our satisfaction guarantee policy.
